Terms & Conditions

PAYMENTS:

Bookings are taken upon a deposit of 50% of the value of the services to be rendered paid either by PayPal on the booking page or by cheque or bank transfer.

PERSONAL SHOPPING
Personal shopping appointments can be postponed up to 24 hours before the appointment is due to start. A future date can be rescheduled, although payments cannot be refunded. Personal shopping experiences bought as a gift voucher are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Payment is required upfront and in full to secure the client’s preferred date.

WARDROBE STYLING & MANAGEMENT
Wardrobe styling appointments can be postponed up to 24 hours before the appointment is due to start. A future date can be rescheduled, although payments cannot be refunded. Wardrobe styling experiences bought as a gift voucher are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Payment is required upfront and in full to secure your preferred date.

CANCELLATIONS
If clients wish to make a cancellation, deposit payments cannot be refunded. However, the client may book alternative dates (subject to availability).
